3. VIP Packages & Digital Purchases

• Server-specific benefits

Perks may vary between servers and may change at any time for balancing, technical, or gameplay reasons.

Purchasing VIP does not grant:

• Ownership of any server
• Administrative authority
• Immunity from punishment
• Guaranteed access during outages or maintenance

4. Payments & Merchant of Record

All payments are securely processed by PayNow.gg, the authorized reseller and official Merchant of Record for Gold Standard X Gaming.

PayNow.gg is responsible for:

• Payment processing
• Transaction handling
• Order fulfillment
• Fraud prevention
• Billing management

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and online server access, all sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Refunds will generally not be provided for:

• Server wipes
• Gameplay changes
• Balancing adjustments
• Player bans caused by rule violations
• Server shutdowns or resets
• Dissatisfaction with gameplay

Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in permanent suspension from all Gold Standard X Gaming services.

6. Server Wipes & Data Loss

Many survival game servers require periodic wipes, resets, or map changes.

By playing on our servers, you understand and accept that:

• Progress may be wiped at scheduled intervals
• Items, bases, ranks, or inventories may be lost
• Server configurations may change
• Plugins and mods may be adjusted or removed

Gold Standard X Gaming is not responsible for lost progress or virtual items.

Services may become temporarily unavailable due to:
